We’re always welcoming new patients of all ages to our practice in Manhattan, NYC. At your convenience, you can complete our new patient forms here to expedite the paperwork at your first visit. The forms are then automatically downloaded to our office system, so we’ll be ready for you when you arrive.
For those who are joining our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with the doctor and hygienist. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough examination and consultation with Dr. Wang. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family, discussing your expectations for your smile, and contributing to a lifetime of optimum oral health. Our goal is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know each person by name and treat them like we’d want our own family to be treated. We love to see you smile!
